The AECOSAN NAOS Strategy's NAOS Pyramid shows the recommended frequency (daily, weekly or occasional) of consumption for different food groups, in parallel with different physical activities (games, walking, climbing stairs, etc.).

It is the first Pyramid in Spain to include recommendations both for diet and for physical activity, combining them in a single graphic in order to promote food habits in line with the Mediterranean Diet and to foster daily physical activity among the population to encourage healthy lifestyles and prevent obesity.
